Oil-resistant NBR sealing sheets

Sealing sheets made of a basic oil-resistant compound based on NBR/SBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) with good resistance to common oils and greases, with excellent mechanical properties and a low compression set. A sealing rubber used in many industries as a sealing and impact element or as a semi-finished product for making various sealing and damping parts or insulating layers. It is not resistant to permanent contact with diesel, petrol and transformer oil.

We supply them in rolls with a maximum length of 10 m or in a special piece version. Sealing sheets in pieces are pressed on classic multi-daylight presses, so after pressing they stay flat, keep their shape and do not bend during further processing. They are ideal for working with a plotter and a water jet when producing rubber seals.
