Product description
The NBR/SBR rubber sealing sheet in a width of 1500 mm without a textile insert is an oil-resistant sealing material that we sell by the metre in square metres (m²) straight from the roll.
The sheet is made on the basis of synthetic nitrile rubber (NBR) in standard quality. Thanks to this it resists mineral oils well and is therefore suitable for environments where it comes into contact with lubricants and non-aromatic petroleum substances. It is black and has a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA.
We offer the material in the standard width of 1500 mm. We supply either whole rolls 10 bm long, or cut to length as a cut from the given roll width - one linear metre (bm) thus corresponds to 1,5 m². The minimum order is 0,5 bm, i.e. 0,75 m². This thickness of 3 mm with a weight per unit area of 4,5 kg/m² can also be ordered in further thicknesses of 4, 5 and 6 mm.
The prices in the price list refer to the m² unit of the sealing sheet in the stated thickness.

In which unit of measure is the sheet sold?
The sealing sheet is sold in square metres (m²) as a cut from a roll 1500 mm wide. One linear metre of the cut corresponds to 1,5 m². The minimum order is 0,5 bm, i.e. 0,75 m².
Is this material resistant to oils?
Yes. The sheet is made on the basis of NBR nitrile rubber, which resists mineral oils (not aromatic ones). It is not resistant to acids, alkalis and petrol.
Which thicknesses are available?
We offer this sheet in thicknesses of 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm. The 3 mm thickness has a weight per unit area of 4,5 kg/m². We supply whole rolls in a length of 10 bm.
