NBR/SBR gasket sheet width 1500 mm with insert, tensile strength 3 MPa

The sheet is made on the basis of synthetic NBR (nitrile) rubber, which makes it a reliable solution everywhere where contact with mineral oils occurs. Thanks to one textile insert the sheet has higher dimensional stability and strength, which is advantageous under the pressure load of the seal.

The material is black with a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, tensile strength of 3 MPa and elongation of 150 %. The working temperature is in the range -20 °C to +80 °C, briefly up to +90 °C, at a density of 1,5 g/cm³.

The prices in the table refer to the unit of measure 1 m² of the sheet in the chosen thickness. We supply whole rolls in a length of 10 running metres or as cut-to-length goods, where you can order a cut from a roll 1500 mm wide, i.e. 1 running metre corresponds to 1,5 m². The minimum order is 0,5 running metres, i.e. 0,75 m².

How is the gasket sheet ordered and sold?

The sheet is sold by the square metre as a cut from a roll 1500 mm wide. One running metre corresponds to 1,5 m², the minimum order is 0,5 running metres, i.e. 0,75 m². We also supply whole rolls in a length of 10 running metres.

Is the sheet resistant to oils and chemicals?

The NBR material is resistant to mineral oils (except aromatic ones). However, it is not resistant to alkalis, acids or petrol.

What thicknesses are available?

This item is available in thicknesses 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm with different area weights. On order we also offer other thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm.
