Shipping and Payment
We deliver your goods by GLS or SDS courier, you can also collect them at a pickup point, or in person at our shop in Bratislava. All prices in the e-shop are stated including VAT and the shipping price is determined according to the total weight of the order. You will see the specific amount for shipping and payment before binding submission of the order; the exception is shipments over 60 kg, for which the shipping price is determined individually.
1. Where and how we deliver
We deliver goods ordered through the e-shop only within the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
We dispatch orders through a partner transport company. By courier we deliver shipments weighing up to 60 kg; the price depends on the weight of the ordered goods and the system calculates it automatically once you choose the shipping method in the cart. Goods sent cash on delivery are paid directly to the courier on delivery, in cash or by payment card.
The specific delivery prices in the Slovak Republic for the individual weight categories are given in the following tables. All prices are stated including VAT.

By SDS courier we deliver heavier shipments weighing from 40.01 to 60 kg.

Recycled rubber paving for outdoor use – SDS courier
We deliver recycled rubber paving for outdoor use exclusively by SDS courier and a separate shipping price list applies to it.

Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop (pickup point)
We deliver the goods to the partner GLS ParcelShop of your choice. GLS will inform you directly about the deposit of the shipment and the possibility of collecting it. Your shipment will be held for 5 working days. With this type of shipping, only payment in advance on the basis of a proforma invoice is possible.

Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop is available for shipments up to 30 kg.
Shipments over 60 kg – pallet transport / Cargo SDS
For orders with a weight exceeding 60 kg, delivered by Cargo (pallet transport), the shipping price is calculated individually on the basis of the weight of the pallet. We will contact you by phone in advance. In the order the system states a shipping price of 0 €; the shipping price is not included in the order price and the order becomes binding only after the customer approves the shipping price.
Cash-on-delivery fee for delivery in the Slovak Republic
For shipments delivered by courier in the Slovak Republic and paid cash on delivery, we charge a standard cash-on-delivery fee of 1.35 €. For pallet shipments over 60 kg paid cash on delivery, we charge a cash-on-delivery fee of 1.1 % – 1.6 % of the price of the goods depending on the type of goods.
3. Delivery to the Czech Republic
The prices of delivery to an address in the Czech Republic are given in the following table. We would like to point out to customers from the Czech Republic that they are shopping in an e-shop set up for the Slovak Republic, so the system states the prices of goods only in euros. You choose the country of delivery directly in the order when selecting shipping and payment, and the system then shows the shipping prices valid for the Czech Republic. The shipping price shown in this way is final and is no longer recalculated on dispatch; the exception is shipments over 30 kg, for which the transport price is determined individually.

For orders with a weight exceeding 30 kg delivered to the Czech Republic by Cargo, the shipping price is calculated on the basis of an individual agreement; we will contact you by phone in advance. In the order the system states a shipping price of 0 €.
Please note that, due to a change of courier company, it is currently not possible to deliver orders to the Czech Republic cash on delivery. We send goods exclusively on the basis of payment in advance against a proforma invoice.
4. Payment methods
We offer several payment methods. The recommended and default method is payment in advance by bank transfer, which is free of charge. All fees are stated including VAT.

Payment in advance to our account on the basis of a proforma invoice is free of charge. With payment in advance to our account, it is necessary to wait for the proforma invoice with the payment details to be sent. We deliver the proforma invoice to the e-mail address you provided in the order. We dispatch the goods after the payment is credited to our account.
Availability of payment according to the shipping method
- Payment in advance by bank transfer is possible with all shipping methods.
- Cash on delivery GLS is available with GLS courier shipping.
- Cash on delivery SDS is available with SDS courier shipping and with Cargo SDS pallet transport.
- With delivery to a GLS ParcelShop, only payment in advance on the basis of a proforma invoice is possible.
- Payment in cash or by payment card is possible only for personal collection at the shop.
5. Delivery times and dispatch
Goods in stock ordered on a working day by 13:00 are sent, where possible, on the same day; the standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. We will inform you about the current status of your order by e-mail.
The rubber paving and accessories range is sent directly from production (made to order) exclusively as separate shipments directly to the delivery address stated in the order. This range cannot be combined in one shipment with goods that are in stock. Likewise, personal collection at the shop is not possible in this case.
6. Invoice and tax document
We send the tax document / invoice for the order exclusively electronically, after the shipment has been taken over from the courier, to the e-mail address stated in the order.
7. Personal collection at the shop
For customers from Bratislava and the surrounding area, we offer free personal collection at our brick-and-mortar shop at Karadžičova 47 (Rubber goods shop, Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 17:00, Friday 9:00 – 13:00).
For personal collection, it is necessary to wait for the notice to collect. Payment is possible in cash or by payment card.
Personal collection does not apply to recycled rubber paving, which we deliver exclusively directly to the customer's address.
