Rubber tile Lea puzzle 500x1000x20 mm

The tile is made of recycled rubber granulate bound with polyurethane in a single-layer version with a full bottom side. Thanks to the resilient material it works as a damping impact surface that protects children when falling at slides and climbing frames. It meets the requirements of the standards EN 1176 and EN 1177 for the equipment of children's playgrounds and the criteria of safety on contact with the skin according to STN-EN ISO 10993-10. The measured HIC value is 0,45 m.

The mechanical puzzle joining system allows quick installation without tools and prevents the individual boards from shifting. The surface is anti-slip, anti-vibration, frost-resistant and ecological. We supply the tile to order according to the customer's needs with a delivery time of 14 days, and exclusively directly to the customer's address – personal collection at the shop is not possible in this case.

How many pieces of tile does 1 m² contain?

The stated price per square metre contains 2 pieces of tile with dimensions 500 x 1000 mm. When ordering you therefore enter the required surface in m².

How is the tile installed?

We recommend installing the unprofiled rubber tile on concrete or asphalt. In the exterior we recommend gluing it with Conipur 111 adhesive because of thermal expansion. You adjust the dimensions with a jigsaw or a well-sharpened utility knife.

Is the goods in stock and how does delivery take place?

We supply the tile to order according to the individual needs of the customer with a delivery time of 14 days. We supply it exclusively directly to the customer's address; personal collection at the shop is not possible in this case.
