Sealing strip EPDM

The strip is made of compact EPDM rubber with inorganic and organic additives. Thanks to its composition it does not let air through and has practically zero water absorption, which makes it a proven seal for a number of industrial and construction applications.

The material withstands weather influences in the temperature range of -40 to +100 °C without a change in its physical, mechanical and chemical properties. In the short term it withstands exposure to temperatures up to +130 °C, but faster ageing of the material must be expected. The surface of the profile is smooth, the colour is black and the standard hardness is 70 °ShA.

EPDM sealing profiles are available to order in further shapes and sizes according to the relevant catalogue. By agreement, production of a shape according to the customer's specific needs is also possible.
