A self-adhesive black seal with a D-profile in a 2-strip version made of microporous EPDM rubber, sold cut-to-length – in the two-strip version one running metre equals two metres of seal.
This window and door seal made of microporous EPDM rubber resists weather influences and reliably prevents draughts and the penetration of moisture, cold, dust and noise into interior spaces. The material is airtight and almost non-absorbent, thanks to which it retains its sealing properties over the long term.
The D-profile is suitable for gaps 3.0 to 7.0 mm wide; with a height of 10 mm and a width of 12 mm this is a medium version. The self-adhesive layer on the underside allows quick and easy installation on metal, plastic and wooden frames and door frames without the need for additional glue.
When choosing, take into account the size of the gap that needs to be filled – the seal must be adequately high and with the correct profile so that it seals perfectly and at the same time does not obstruct the closing of the window or door.
