The self-adhesive white seal E-Profile 2-strip is a sealing tape made of microporous EPDM rubber for windows and doors, which we sell cut-to-length and in complete packs and which reliably prevents draughts, cold and noise.
The seal is made of microporous EPDM rubber, which is airtight, almost non-absorbent and distinguished by high resistance to weather influences. Thanks to this it retains its properties throughout the year in demanding outdoor and indoor conditions and perfectly seals the joint of a window or door leaf.
On the underside the seal has a self-adhesive layer, which allows quick and very easy installation without tools – simply measure the tape, peel off the protective paper and press it onto the cleaned frame. The seal is suitable for metal, plastic and wooden frames and door frames and prevents the penetration of moisture, cold, dust and noise into the interior.
The E-profile with a height of 4 mm and a width of 9 mm is intended for a gap width of approximately 2.0 to 3.5 mm. You choose the appropriate type of seal according to the size of the gap that needs to be filled – the tape must be adequately high so that it seals perfectly and at the same time does not obstruct the closing of the window or door.

Frequently asked questions
For what gap width is the E-profile suitable?
The E-profile with a height of 4 mm is intended for a gap approximately 2.0 to 3.5 mm wide. For wider gaps we recommend the P-profile (3.0 to 5.0 mm) or the D-profile (3.0 to 7.0 mm).
How is the length calculated in the 2-strip version?
In the two-strip version one running metre (rm) equals two metres of seal. We supply the seal cut-to-length in the stated number of strips or in complete packs with a length of 50 m, the minimum order is 0.5 rm.
Are glue or tools needed for installation?
No. The seal has a self-adhesive layer on the underside, so you only need to measure it, peel off the protective paper and press it onto the cleaned and dry frame. The temperature limit of up to +72 °C applies to the self-adhesive layer.
