The MUREXIN Linotex Profi D 494 dispersion adhesive is a fast-setting, high-quality adhesive based on latex dispersions, intended for bonding linoleum, cork and carpets indoors. It contains no solvents, has a low emission content and a minimal water content. It is supplied in a bucket weighing 20 kg and is sold per piece.
Adhesive properties
The D 494 adhesive is characterised by a rapid build-up of strength, high initial and final tack and excellent shear strength. It creates a firm bond with high dimensional stability, which makes it suitable even for more demanding floor coverings.

Area of use
The adhesive is intended for indoor use. It serves for bonding linoleum floor coverings in sheets and in the form of tiles, cork and carpets. It is also very suitable for direct bonding of textile and needle felts onto wood-fibre boards.
Processing and consumption
Apply the adhesive with a suitable notched trowel (A2, B1 or B2) over the entire surface of the substrate according to the type of covering. Consumption is approx. 350 – 500 g/m² depending on the substrate and the back of the floor covering. The open time is 0 – 20 minutes and full loading by castor furniture is possible after approximately 72 hours. Process the adhesive at a substrate and air temperature in the range of +15 °C to +25 °C.
