Butylplast 5N is a one-component sealing compound for sealing the exterior joints of prefabricated buildings. It is sold by the piece in a practical PE tube ready for immediate use.
The compound is intended for sealing the exterior joints of prefabricated buildings with an element span of 4 800 mm. It reliably fills and seals a joint with a width in the range from 15 to 40 mm, thanks to which it covers common gaps between panels and prefabricated components.
It is a one-component material that does not require mixing or preparation - you apply it directly from the packaging. The average service life of a sealed joint is 15 years, so it provides a long-term sealing solution for exterior applications.
The compound is supplied in a coloured printed PE tube with a diameter of 50 ± 2 mm and a length of 280 - 310 mm. The standard colour is grey, which blends unobtrusively with concrete and panel surfaces.
