MAFIX Alkafen adhesive

This special adhesive is intended for bonding additional profiles in window production, for example drainage profiles or blind components. It also serves excellently in advertising production for bonding letters and foam boards, where its fast and firm bond is valued.

MAFIX Alkafen is characterised by excellent thermal stability and UV resistance, thanks to which the bonded joint retains its properties even in more demanding conditions. After curing it acquires a transparent matt appearance, so the joint remains aesthetically unobtrusive.

First clean the surfaces to be bonded of dust. Apply the adhesive on one side in such an amount that it does not leak out when joined, join the materials within a maximum of 60 seconds and fix. You achieve functional strength after just 2 to 4 minutes and final strength after 24 hours. Remove any leaked adhesive with a trimming knife.
