SBR gasket sheet, width 1200 mm, without insert, tensile strength 3 MPa

The sheet is made on an SBR rubber base and is intended for ordinary sealing and backing applications without special demands on resistance to environmental influences. The standard roll width is 1200 mm and the maximum roll length is 10 m (at a thickness of 30 mm, a maximum of 5 m).

The material is black, with a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, a tensile strength of 3 MPa, an elongation of 150 % and a density of 1,5 g/cm³. The working temperature is in the range of -25 °C to +80 °C. It is available in a wide range of thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm.

It is sold by the metre or as a whole roll. The price in the table refers to the unit of measure m² of sealing sheet in the selected thickness. We supply whole rolls with a length of 10 rm or as a cut from the given roll width of 1200 mm, i.e. 0,5 running metre (rm) = 0,6 m².

How is this sealing sheet sold and invoiced?

The sheet is sold by the square metre (m²) as a cut from the roll width of 1200 mm. The price in the table applies to 1 m² in the selected thickness, whereby 1 running metre corresponds to 1,2 m². You can order both by the metre and whole rolls with a length of 10 rm.

Which thicknesses are available?

We offer the sheet in thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm. At a thickness of 30 mm the maximum roll length is 5 m, at the other thicknesses up to 10 m.

Is the sheet resistant to oils, acids or weather influences?

No. This is an SBR sheet for general use without special resistance to oils, petrol, acids, alkalis, ozone, UV radiation or weather influences. For such environments we recommend choosing a material intended for the given application.
