SBR sealing sheet width 1200 mm with two inserts, tensile strength 3 MPa

The sealing sheet is made on an SBR rubber base and supplemented with two textile inserts, which give it dimensional stability and resistance to tearing. The material has a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, tensile strength of 3 MPa and elongation of 150 %, thanks to which it reliably handles ordinary static and mild dynamic loads when sealing joints.

The sheet is intended for use without special requirements for resistance to negative environmental influences. The SBR material is not resistant to weather, ozone, UV radiation, acids, alkalis, oil or petrol, therefore we recommend it for indoor and protected applications. The working temperature is in the range −25 °C to +80 °C, the density of the material is 1,5 g/cm³ and the standard colour is black.

We supply the sheet in thicknesses from 3 to 20 mm. The prices in the table refer to the unit of measure m² of sealing sheet in the chosen thickness. We supply only whole rolls 10 lin. m long or cut length, i.e. you can order a cut from the given roll width of 1200 mm, where 1 linear metre (lin. m) corresponds to 1,2 m². The minimum order is 0,5 lin. m, i.e. 0,6 m².

The prices in the table apply per 1 m² of sheet in the chosen thickness. The sheet is cut from a roll 1200 mm wide, so 1 linear metre (lin. m) corresponds to 1,2 m². The minimum order is 0,5 lin. m, which is 0,6 m². We also supply whole rolls 10 lin. m long.

Is this sheet resistant to oils, weather or UV radiation?

No. The SBR material is not resistant to weather, ozone, UV radiation, acids, alkalis, oil or petrol. It is a general sealing sheet intended for indoor and protected applications without these requirements.

Which sheet thickness should I choose?
