Product description
The Pony 30 rubber tile is an extra strong non-profiled tile with a full underside, designed for horse boxes and cattle stables. It is sold by the individual piece with a size of 1000 x 1000 mm, whereby the stated price per m² corresponds to 1 pc of tile.
The tile is made as a single-layer board from recycled rubber granulate bonded with polyurethane, which makes it an ecological alternative for demanding breeding environments. The anti-slip surface ensures the animal moves safely and the excellent insulating effect prevents it from catching a chill.
The flexible material relieves tension in the animals' tendons and joints, which contributes to their comfort while standing and moving. The sound-insulating effect ensures less noise in the stables, improves hygiene and saves on straw bedding consumption. The surface can be easily cleaned with a stream of running water.
We supply the tile to order according to the individual needs of the customer with a delivery time of 14 days. We supply both the tile and accessories exclusively directly to the customer's address; in-store personal collection is not possible in this case.

How is the tile installed?
We recommend installing the non-profiled tile on concrete or asphalt. When installing outdoors, we recommend gluing the tile with Conipur 111 adhesive to prevent it from moving due to thermal expansion. Adjust the dimensions with a jigsaw or a properly sharpened utility knife.
What is the delivery time and method of delivery?
We supply the tile to order according to the customer's needs with a delivery time of 14 days. Delivery takes place exclusively directly to the customer's address; in-store personal collection is not possible in this case.
