CR/SBR gasket sheet width 1200 mm with two inserts, tensile strength 5 MPa

The sheet is made on a CR/SBR rubber base in standard quality with good mechanical properties. Two textile inserts give it higher strength and dimensional stability, thanks to which it reaches a tensile strength of 5 MPa and elongation of 200 %. The hardness of the material is 65 ± 5 °ShA and the density 1,5 g/cm³.

The sheet is intended for use without special requirements for resistance to negative environmental influences. It is slightly resistant to weathering influences, ozone, UV radiation, acids as well as alkalis. It is not suitable for contact with oils and petrol. The working temperature of the sheet is in the range -20 °C to +80 °C, the colour is black.

The prices in the table refer to the unit of measure m² of the gasket sheet in the given thickness. We supply whole rolls in a length of 10 running metres or as cut-to-length goods – so you can order a cut from the given roll width of 1200 mm, i.e. 1 running metre (running metre) = 1,2 m². The minimum order is 0,5 running metres, i.e. 0,6 m². The available thicknesses are 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20 mm.

What is the unit of measure and how is the sheet sold?

The sheet is sold by the m². We supply whole rolls in a length of 10 running metres or cut-to-length goods – a cut from the roll width of 1200 mm, where 1 running metre corresponds to 1,2 m². The minimum order is 0,5 running metres, i.e. 0,6 m².

Is the sheet resistant to oils and petrol?

No. The CR/SBR material is not resistant to oil or petrol. It is suitable for general sealing with slight resistance to weathering, ozone, UV radiation, acids and alkalis.

What thicknesses are available?

We offer the gasket sheet in thicknesses 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20 mm. The weight rises from 4,5 kg/m² at a thickness of 3 mm up to 30 kg/m² at a thickness of 20 mm.
