EPDM/SBR gasket sheet width 1500 mm with one insert, tensile strength 5 MPa

This sealing sheet is distinguished by high quality and good mechanical properties. Thanks to its synthetic EPDM rubber base it withstands high temperatures, long-term exposure to the weather and ultraviolet radiation, which makes it suitable above all for outdoor use. The hardness of the sheet is 65 ± 5 °ShA, the tensile strength reaches 5 MPa and the elongation 200 %.

One textile insert increases the dimensional stability and strength of the sheet compared with the version without an insert. The material is partially resistant to acids and alkalis, but it is not resistant to oils and petrol. The working temperature ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C, the colour is black and the density 1,5 g/cm³.

We supply the sheet either as a whole roll 10 bm long, or cut to length - you can order only a cut from the given roll width of 1500 mm. It applies that 1 linear metre (bm) = 1,5 m². The minimum order is 0,5 bm, i.e. 0,75 m².

How many m² do I get from one linear metre?

With a roll width of 1500 mm it applies that 1 linear metre (bm) corresponds to 1,5 m². The minimum order is 0,5 bm, i.e. 0,75 m².

Is the sheet resistant to oils and petrol?

No. The EPDM sheet is highly resistant to ozone, UV radiation and weather and partially resistant to acids and alkalis, but it is not resistant to oils and petrol.

Which thicknesses and delivery forms are available?

We offer the sheet in thicknesses of 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm. We supply it as a whole roll 10 bm long or cut to length (a cut from the roll width of 1500 mm).

What weight does each thickness have?

The weight per unit area depends on the thickness: 3 mm has 4,5 kg/m², 4 mm 6,0 kg/m², 5 mm 7,5 kg/m² and 6 mm 9,0 kg/m². Take this into account for transport and installation.
