SBR gasket sheet width 1500 mm without insert, tensile strength 3 MPa

It is a black rubber gasket sheet without a textile insert intended for general use where no special requirements are placed on resistance to environmental influences. The material is an SBR rubber base with a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, tensile strength of 3 MPa and elongation of 150 %, which ensures reliable seating and sealing under ordinary static load.

We supply the sheet in a standard roll width of 1500 mm and a maximum roll length of 10 m. You order it as a cut from this width, where 1 running metre corresponds to 1,5 m². The minimum order is 0,5 running metres, i.e. 0,75 m². The variant with a thickness of 10 mm has a weight of 15 kg/m², so it is robust enough for levelling and sealing surfaces with a larger gap.

The working temperature range of the sheet is -25 °C to +80 °C and its density is 1,5 g/cm³. The SBR material is not resistant to oil, petrol, acids, alkalis, ozone, UV radiation or weathering influences, which is why it is suitable primarily for an indoor and chemically undemanding environment.
