Product description
The EPDM/SBR rubber gasket sheet without a textile insert is a highly resistant sealing plate intended for outdoor use. We supply it in whole pieces and charge per unit of measure m².
The gasket sheet is made of EPDM material on a synthetic rubber base and is characterised by high quality as well as good mechanical properties. Thanks to its composition it resists high temperatures, weathering influences, ultraviolet radiation, as well as alkalis and acids, which is why it is an ideal choice for exterior applications exposed to sun, rain and ozone.
The sheet has a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, tensile strength of 5 MPa and elongation of 200 %, which guarantees it flexibility as well as shape stability. The working temperature range is from -40 °C to +100 °C and the material density reaches 1,5 g/cm³. The colour of the sheet is black and the version is without a textile insert.
We supply the goods exclusively in whole pieces in the sizes and thicknesses listed in the table. You can choose thicknesses 15, 20 and 25 mm in the format 1.000 × 1.000 mm and thicknesses 30, 40 and 50 mm in the formats 1.000 × 1.000 mm as well as 1.000 × 2.000 mm. The prices in the price list refer to the unit of measure m² of the gasket sheet in the respective thickness.

In what sizes and thicknesses is the gasket sheet supplied?
The sheet is supplied only in whole pieces. Thicknesses 15, 20 and 25 mm are available in the format 1.000 × 1.000 mm, thicknesses 30, 40 and 50 mm in the formats 1.000 × 1.000 mm as well as 1.000 × 2.000 mm. You will find the specific combinations in the variant table.
Is the sheet suitable for contact with oils or petrol?
No. The EPDM material is not resistant to oils or petrol. For an environment with petroleum substances, choose a sealing material that is resistant to them (for example based on NBR).
How is the price of the gasket sheet calculated?
The prices in the price list refer to the unit of measure m² of the sheet in the given thickness. We supply only whole pieces in the sizes and thicknesses listed in the table.
