Product description

Rubber sealing sheet CR/SBR in a piece design is a universal seal for ordinary operating conditions. We supply it in whole pieces with a fixed thickness and dimension, sold by the square metre (m²).

This sealing sheet is made of the CR/SBR rubber base without a textile insert, in standard quality for general use with good mechanical properties. It is intended for applications that have no special requirements for resistance to an aggressive environment.

The material has a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, a tensile strength of 5 MPa and an elongation of 200 %, which ensures good formability as well as resistance to tearing. The working temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C covers most ordinary industrial and craft uses.

The sheet is moderately resistant to weather influences, ozone, UV radiation, acids as well as alkalis. It is not, however, suitable for contact with oils or petrol. We supply exclusively whole pieces in the dimensions and thicknesses stated in the table.

Frequently asked questions

Is this sealing sheet resistant to oils and petrol?

No. The CR/SBR material is not resistant to oils or petrol. For oil-resistant applications we recommend sheets based on NBR.

In what thicknesses and dimensions do you supply the sheet?

We supply the sheet in thicknesses of 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50 mm, in a dimension of 1000 x 1000 mm and in selected thicknesses (30, 40 and 50 mm) also 1000 x 2000 mm. We supply only whole pieces according to the table.

How is the price stated and in what unit of measure is the sheet sold?

The prices in the table relate to the square metre (m²) of the sealing sheet in the stated thickness. We supply exclusively whole pieces in the stated dimensions.
