Sealing sheet SBR in pieces is the most affordable rubber sealing plate without a textile insert, intended for general sealing. It is sold in pieces according to the chosen thickness and dimension with charging by the square metre.
The sheet is made of the SBR rubber base and represents a practical choice everywhere that there are no special requirements for resistance to negative environmental influences. Thanks to its black, homogeneous design without a textile insert, it is easy to cut to the required shape and seals flat seating surfaces.
The material reaches a hardness of 65 ± 5 °ShA, a tensile strength of 3 MPa and an elongation of 150 %, which ensures sufficient elasticity for ordinary sealing applications. The working temperature ranges from -25 °C to +80 °C and the density of the material is 1.5 g/cm³.
The sheet is available in thicknesses from 15 to 50 mm in dimensions of 1,000 × 1,000 mm or 1,000 × 2,000 mm, so you simply choose the variant according to the needs of your application.
